The “AS IS” Residential Contract for Sale & Purchase With MANDATORY Riders is an elective course that can be taken by industry professionals or potential real estate customers, investors, buyers or sellers. Anyone who wishes to brush up on their knowledge, get a first time view, and leave with a crisp understanding of the most commonly used Real Estate Purchase and Sale Contract. In the class the real estate instructor will go over line by line, with the students, through the most commonly used contract today in Florida for real estate transactions: the “AS IS” Residential Contract For Sale And Purchase.
 
This course consists of a line by line, section by section, clause by clause, standard by standard,  hands on look at what the FR/BAR “AS IS” contract says and how to prepare it. This includes a detailed look at how to fill out every blank of the contract with the proper information and format. 
 
Students will clearly understand what each line of the contract means in its entirety. In this course students will enjoy detailed discussion and understanding of every paragraph, proper preparation of the contract and filling-in of the blanks, a detailed look at the contract STANDARDS A through X, suggestions for protecting a Buyer or Seller, some basic DO’S and DON’TS.
 
The instructor and students will go though the contract line by line, section by section, clause by clause, standards, and how to prepare it with a detailed look at how to fill out every blank of the contract with proper information and format. After going through the entire contract the instructor will go over and explain the mandatory riders depending on different industry situations including the condo, homeowner, and lead based paint addendums.
