SCHOOL
ATTENTION: Most of our live classes are streamed live via Zoom® which has received great feedback. During the LiveStreams, students can join the class from anywhere they have internet connection and camera. Students can also ask the instructor questions in real time and network with other classmates during the LiveStream. Students are given log-in information a couple days prior. Luxury Real Estate School, LLC strives to help students and continues being the go-to trade school for Florida real estate professionals looking to get or renew their licenses. The school is fully licensed and permitted to teach classroom, livestream, and virtual Florida real estate courses. Most LiveStream courses are offered in various schedule formats with day, weekends or evenings options allowing busy students that prefer learning in a live setting to sign up without the need to travel.

Live tuition includes any required classroom materials. Live tuition for pre-license courses and CRAM Review also includes unique proprietary handouts with color charts, graphs, tables, memory aids, crossword puzzles, and mind dumps that help remember the material for the exams. Students only need to arrive on time and bring legal identification.
Classrooms are equipped with large projectors or televisions used to show slides with texts, pictures, and examples. Instructors constantly refer back to texts showing students where information being taught is located. LiveStream and classroom courses are very interactive. Classes are small allowing the instructor to answer questions, students will feel encouraged to participate. Classes are taught by real world practicing real estate professionals in a dynamic, interactive fashion along with visual presentations to maximize the adult learning experience. For reasonable accommodations to fully participate in our educational events, if you have a disability please contact our education team at least 48 hours before the event.
To students our suggestion is always to sign up for the instructor guided LiveStream or Classroom courses. We also offer portal courses if the preference is going at your own pace. Portal courses are non-refundable and non-transferable. All sales of portal courses are final.
COURSES
Sales Associate
Pre-License
The Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations (DBPR) requires applicants complete 63-HR Sales Associate Pre-Licensing education with a successful score of at least 70% on the end-of-course exam to be eligible for the state exam (which requires a score of at least 75%).
Sales Associate
Post-License
The successful completion of 45 hours is the Sales Associate Post-License requirement prior to your first renewal. Failure to complete prior to license expiration will make a license null and void. We advise students to complete this class as soon as possible after obtaining their license.
Brokers
Pre-License
The Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations (DBPR) requires applicants complete 72-HR Broker Pre-Licensing education with a successful score of at least 70% on the end-of-course exam to be eligible to take the state exam (which requires a passing score of at least 75%).
Brokers
Post-License
The successful completion of two 30 credit hour classes is the Brokers Post-Licence requirement prior to first renewals of Broker or Broker Associate license. Failure to complete prior to deadline will make a license null and void. We advise students to complete this requirement as soon as possible after obtaining their license.
Continuing
Education
The continuing education for Broker, Broker-Associates, and Sales-Associate is the same. To renew every Florida real estate licensee is required to take a 14 hour continuing education course consisting of 3 hours of core law, 3 hours of ethics, and 8 hours of specialty credits every two year period after the first renewal.
CRAM Reviews
For State Exam
The CRAM is designed to help applicants pass the state exam. It is not meant, nor will it replace any required class. This review will not give you any required hourly credits or completion certificates, it is electively chosen by students who feel need of the extra study time to be successful in the state test.
