Continue & Reactivate Education

14HR Continuing Education

The continuing education for Broker, Broker-Associates, and Sales-Associate is the same. After first renewal, the requirement to renew a Florida real estate license is to take a 14 hour continuing education course which consists of 3 hours of core law, 3 hours of ethics, and 8 hours of specialty credits. Failure to complete the CE requirement by the allowed deadline will involuntarily inactivate a FL real estate license.

28HR Reactivation Education

The reactivation education for Broker, Broker-Associates, and Sales-Associate is the same. If a Florida real estate license has been involuntary inactive for a period longer than 12 months, in order to reactivate, the licensee is required to take a 28 hour reactivation education course and pay late fees to the DBPR. Failure to complete the new requirements by the 24th month will cause the license to become null and void.

3HR Core Law

For students who don’t need to take the complete 14 Hours. This option is given to fulfill the 3 Hour Core Law requirements for Florida Real Estate Licensees continuing education requirement for Broker, Broker-Associates, and Sales-Associate is the same. Failure to complete by the allowed deadline will inactivate a Florida real estate license.

For students who don’t need to take the complete 14 Hours. This option is given to fulfill the 3 Hour Ethics requirements for Florida Real Estate Licensees continuing education requirement for Broker, Broker-Associates, and Sales-Associate is the same.
