The Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations (DBPR) requires applicants complete the 63-HR Sales Associate Pre-Licensing education conforming with FREC Course I Syllabus with a successful score of at least 70% at the end-of-course exam, submit fingerprints and apply for licensure, if application is accepted then, take the state exam (which requires a passing score of at least 75%).

It’s suggested that students submit fingerprints and apply for licensure prior to taking the pre-licensing education. The instructor will be available to help students with general questions, and help students find the closest fingerprint or state exam locations. Fingerprint locations are generally close to the classroom locations and students will have plenty of time to get them done during lunch breaks.
The 63-HR Sales Associate Course is taught in the following four different scheduling formats to accommodate student’s learning times. If you do not see the format you desire above please call the school and a class might be able to be scheduled. The end-of-course examination cannot be given to any student who has absences of more than 8 classroom hours from either the Sales Associate or Broker course. A classroom hour as defined by the Florida Real Estate Commission is 50 minutes of instruction and a 10 minute break. The fastest track offered is Option A which is over 7 days. The three other schedules found to better accommodate those who work during weekdays is the 3 weekends class, 10 day class (Two weekends plus six evenings), or the 5 week evening course:

Option A:
7 Day Class
Monday through Sunday 9am – 6pm*

Option B:
3 Weekend Class
Friday Evenings 6pm-9pm
Saturday and Sunday 8am-5pm*

Option C:
10 Day Class
First Day Saturday, Last Day Monday
First Saturday and Sunday 8am-6pm
Monday – Friday 6pm-10pm
Second Saturday and Sunday 8am-6pm
Last Day (3 hr test) Monday 6pm-9pm

Option D:
5 Week Evening Class
Mon-Wed-Thrus Evenings 6pm-10pm
3 Hr Test on Mon of 6th Week

*Class Exam for Option A & B is on the last 3HRS of Sunday Evening.
