Luxury Real Estate School, LLC

Pursuant to FREC rule, “Recruiting for employment opportunities for any real estate brokerage firm must be accomplished outside the prescribed classroom instructional time.  Noncompliance should be reported to the Commission.”

Each state agency has dictated the maximum number of hours students are allowed to miss the instructor will go over this class-specific information.  One hour of classroom time equals 50 minutes, of any required course for licensure.  Excused absences can only be for death of a family member or medical emergency of the student.  Documentation must be provided.  Those missed classroom hours must be made up during another scheduled classroom course and the end of course exam cannot be taken until the hours are made up.

“Florida Statutes 475 states no student may be guaranteed a passing grade and no refund can be given if a student fails the end of class exam.”  Class exams are required to be administered under secure conditions.  Students found cheating on an exam will be dismissed from class with no credit and no refund.  Any incidents of suspected cheating may be reported to the appropriate state agency.  The end of class exam must be taken on the scheduled day, FREC and FREAB rules dictate that students who fail a class exam must wait at least 30 days before retaking the exam.  If a student wants to test prior to the 30 days, student must repeat the entire course before being eligible to retest.  If a student fails the retake exam, student must repeat the entire course before being eligible to retest.  As per Florida Statues 475, prior to taking the end-of-course examination students will be asked to sign and agree to the following statement “I certify that I personally completed all assignments and have not duplicated any portion of the end-of-course examination prior to the taking of the final examination.”

Discussions will be limited to the material being covered.  We realize there are many ways to solve a problem or achieve a desired result but we ask that no one introduce other solutions contrary to what is being taught.  This tends to add confusion for some students and can be disruptive to the class.

No recording or image taking devices, are allowed in the classroom.  Cell phones and computers must be turned off or in silent mode during class, unless permitted by the instructor.  No eating in the classroom. Students are asked to please replace chairs when leaving class and to place trash in the containers provided.  Please do not place chewing gum under our chairs or desks, do not put feet or shoes on furniture.  Any students found to be vandalizing any property will be dismissed from class, without a refund.  Do not lean back in chairs and do not sit on desks.

Luxury Real Estate School, LLC reserves the right to dismiss anyone from class for any disruption determined to be detrimental to the class, a student, instructor or course content.  The instructor shall make this determination.  There is no dress code but students are requested not to wear any garments that may cause distraction or be considered inappropriate for a classroom environment.  Smoking is not encouraged and is only permitted in designated areas outside of the building and away from building entrances.  This policy applies to any tobacco, vapor, or any other addictive substances that would cause distractions to the learning atmosphere.
