This is a 4 day class with each day 7 hours
Taught on 2 weekends 9am – 5pm (Option A)
Or on 4 consecutive days 9am – 5pm (Option B)
The reactivation education for Broker, Broker-Associates, and Sales-Associate is the same. If a Florida real estate license has been involuntary inactive for a period longer than 12 months (but less than 24 months), in order to reactivate, the licensee is required to take a 28 hour reactivation education course and pay late fees to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Failure to complete the new requirements by the 24th month will cause the license to become null and void (complete loss of Florida real estate license).
