The Exclusive Buyer Brokerage Agreement – Transaction Broker is an elective course that can be taken by potential customers such as potential buyers looking to buy real estate property, investors, and industry professionals wishing to brush up on their knowledge and leave with a clear understanding of the most commonly used Real Estate Representation Contract between brokers and buyers.
 
The instructor and students will go though the contract section by section, clause by clause, standards, and how to prepare it with a detailed look at how to fill out every blank of the contract with proper information and format. In this course the real estate instructor will go through the contract line by line with the students, who will leave understanding the importance of having this contract filled with potential buyers.
 
Proficiency and knowledge is required in order to build a buyer representation business and value the services you perform on behalf of buyer-clients, increase to confidence to work toward a signed buyer representation agreement winning the buyer as a customer.
