This 2 Day CRAM Review for the Florida Real Estate Exam of Questions, Answers, and Explanations “WHY” is highly sought after by Florida real estate candidates for testing Florida real estate sales associates. The CRAM is designed with one goal in mind to help applicants pass the state exam, we do emphasize all students must put their own effort to study. The CRAM Review will not replace any required class. This review will not give students any required hourly credits, or completion certificates. It is electively chosen by the students who feel the need of extra study time and review for success in the state test. This is an intensive review of all the material including law, math, and practices and principles, so applicants for Florida Real Estate Broker and Sales Associate Licensure can prepare to take the state exam. Although not required to participate or take this review since all questions will be projected in the front of the classroom on a large screen, students will benefit greatly from having the “Florida Real Estate Exam Manual” to help push them over the top on the state exam. This is the book we go through in this CRAM review class. This manual is the most comprehensive study tool available, including over 600 practice questions and two ‘100 question practice exams’. Depending if student chooses to get the textbook or ebook manual there are is a GREAT additional feature! Included inside the textbook manual students will find already made flash cards to use as yet another study aid. The ebook has an audible feature that allows you to hear the book to practice.
This review is great and highly recommended for students who did not take their Florida Real Estate licensing state exam shortly after their pre-licensing class, students who took the pre-license course online, and those who have previously failed the state exam or who just feel need a quick review of the material in a classroom setting. This review of the course material is presented with passing state exam in mind, giving students the resources and confidence so they know exactly how to prepare and what to study. Additionally, test taking tips and strategies are discussed and taught throughout the course.
Students should be familiar with the pre-license material prior to taking this class. During these two days students go through hundreds of fast paced questions, answers, and the reasons why for each. Students can also expect to learn test taking techniques, and receive a 3-ring binder with excellent handouts of mind dumps, memory aids, tables, graphs, and charts, that all make remembering the material needed for the state test much easier. This course is meant to enhance student’s performance on the required state exam. In this review students go over basic test taking techniques further improving on the knowledge and confidence needed when confronted with Florida Real Estate exam questions.
Students would also further benefit by going over the “Florida Real Estate Exam Manual” a couple of times prior to attending the cram course. Pearson VUE, the testing centers have limited seats and test for other professions, not just real estate. Its wise for students to reserve seats early with the testing center.
The two day CRAM Review is an intense look of the material real estate applicants for licensure will need to know to pass the state exam generally held on weekends or two consecutive weekdays from 9am to 5pm. And, for those who work during the day, a 5 weekday, Monday through Friday evening review. This class is designed to reinforce and review textbook material and math concepts and show students where to better focus their study efforts. Regular scheduling options will be as follows:
