The 60 hour Broker Post License course is divided into two 30 hour segments
This link registers students for the:
30-hours of Real Estate Investment Analysis, covering real estate from an investor’s point of view. There is a 50 question end of course exam.
Students will still have to separately register for:
30-hours of Brokerage Office Management, covering policy and procedures needed to run a successful real estate office. There is a 50 question end of course exam.

Post-License requirements of Broker-Associates and Brokers is the exact same. The successful completion of this class is required prior to your first renewal, failure to do so will make a license null and void. We advice students to complete this class as soon as possible after obtaining their license.
The Florida Real Estate Commission rules require anyone with a Broker’s license to complete 60 hours of Post-License education prior to their first renewal period. Failing to complete the Post-License course before the renewal of your first license will result in the loss of your license. Applicants with a four year degree in real estate are exempt from taking this course.
